I'd go with a freedom of movement thing, in addition to what everyone else said about doing what she could to clothe herself. She's got to do a lot of climbing and moving around, so it would make sense to have as much of her arms covered as possible against the elements but leave enough space to leave her free to reach around without tearing anything.
