GOT is a genuinely terrible show with legit bad writing, I don't understand how anyone could still care about it.

Just curious, are you a butthurt book fan like me who hates the show for ruining the books or are you a show only viewer? I know that I can't be objective about GoT, so I'm not sure if my hate boner for it is justified or not.

I'm a show only viewer and I can't find anything redeemable about it at this point after the abject mess that was the Sand Snakes, Stannis' entire characterization, and Sansa's shitfest of an arc.

Like, sure, let's have Sansa look strong and imply she'll actually do something at the end of season 4 only to toss that in the trash and retread her season one storyline all over again because we didn't have the forethought to include the character who was originally meant to be involved in the Ramsay arc! While we're at it, let's have Stannis be kind and caring towards his daughter for a whole season and then make him stoically burn her to death at the last minute for no reason and then kill him off unceremoniously! Also, be sure to make his wife, who we've established gives no shits about Shireen, suddenly cry and care that she's being murdered! Hurrr "bad pussy" omg we're geniuses gib Emmy plz XDDDDDDDDD
