Lots of sex shops have a fair bit of cheap stuff for bachelor/bachelorette parties in stock. Every shop I have been to has had really nice people behind the counter though.
Unless your household is in the habit of opening other people's mail, you shouldn't have any trouble getting your package under the radar.
