I love my Magic Wand, it's very intense, but small it's not. It can be a little loud (I personally wouldn't use it when my roommates are around, but they're assholes with no sense of boundaries, so ymmv.) Also it runs off of wall current, not batteries.

Also, if you decide later that you do want to branch out, there are accessories that you can get for it.
