I'm not saying it's not assault, utterly abhorrent, and punishable by law, and the only specifics I know are what you said here, but how is that 'sexual' assault and not assault that isn't sexual? I'm not trying to be awkward, I just don't understand. It doesn't appear to involve any genitals or removal of clothing or anything that I can relate to 'sexual'. Are you leaving out some description?

Same anon. My bad, the words said stripping in public, but the illustration has his pants still on, so I got muddled up.
Depending on the specifics, I guess it could be sexual assault. Do I really want to ask if pants were involved?

I think people equate it to sexual assault because Snape's underwear was exposed against his will, even though strictly from what we saw, what happened is James used Snape's spell to turn Snape upside down and Snape wasn't wearing any trousers under his robes.
