Communist is one form of socialism, but it isn't the only one. And there are other criticisms of capitalism that would reject socialism as well. It is not an either or thing.

Ehhh, see my post above. I live in a socialist country but because it's F!S people assume I'm American.

I didn't assume anything. I'm just saying that there are different economic systems and not all criticisms of capitalism are communist. I myself have come to hate capitalism and consider myself a democratic socialist, though not a communist.

You're right, sorry. I was still annoyed at the anon above calling me stupid and it's not fair to take that out on you. I know that there's a difference between communist and anti-capitalist. I obviously misinterpreted the original post.

No. People aren't assuming that you're American. People are assuming that you're calling all anti-capitalists Communists because the OP said "What's up with anti-capitalism", and you said, "Communism is really bad".

You assumed I was completely ignorant of socialism when I, again, LIVE IN A SOCIALIST COUNTRY. It's pretty unfair of you to harp on about making assumptions when you immediately went on an unfair attack against my intelligence.

I wasn't rude to you at all, but you thought you were completely justified to make personal insults because you disagreed with what I was saying.
