I would argue that is inaccurate also since all humans are not queer.

Some humans are queer. Queer is not an overarching trait of the group humanity.

Some asexuals are straight. Straight is not an overarching trait of the group asexual.

Okay, let me break it down for you.

All humans are not queer, so it's inaccurate to say "Humans are queer."
All humans are not not-queer, so it's inaccurate to say "Humans are not queer."
This is because some humans are queer and some humans are not, so it's inaccurate to attach either label to the entire group.

All cats are not red, so it's inaccurate to say "Cats are red."
All humans are not not-red, so it's inaccurate to say "Cats are not red."
This is because some cats are red and some cats are not, so it's inaccurate to attach either label to the entire group.

All asexuals are not queer, so it's inaccurate to say "Asexuals are queer."
All asexuals are not not-queer, so it's inaccurate to say "Asexuals are not queer."
