Free market socialism. We already have government participation in the economy; just increase that, push private interests out of fields where the profit motive requires hurting people (education, corrections, health care, etc.) and provide a safety net for people who fall through the cracks. A basic income and guaranteed housing -- this way even if jobs are scarce you'll never live in fear of the street. The free market is heavily regulated so it stays a free market, allowing companies to grow in responsible, ethical ways and are held accountable if they do something wrong like lying to consumers or stealing water from California to sell to Ohio.

And the Republican party would not exist.
