I've only seen commercials for it so I don't know exactly what it's about. Are the hill people like Viking hillbillies or something?

Something like that. 'We love our mountains, this is how people are supposed to live!!' and then ride on ATV's into a local store and grab stuff and terrorize people. Blech.
