I'm going to second this. Epstein barr can lead to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (which is like feeling old with pain in your bones and you do stuff one day and are in bed the next three) to Fibromylagia, and then to Lupus.

The tests for Fibromyalgia are pretty much (at least in the US) "Everything else came back negative, so it must be..."
