This. And I think the fandom tends to favor different ones depending. Like, Regina fans will hate on Rumple, but Regina haters will love Rumple. And Hook gets loved by everyone for some reason even though he's pretty bad too.

I just wish the show had lived up to its potential. I'm all about a good redemption arc, but there was never much of a sense of actual repentance from any of them.
