Is Batman?

Yes. Being at peak human everything is superhuman. Not one trait by itself is superhuman but the fact that he's good at everything, a genius, in peak physical shape attainable by only those with good genes, plus rich and good looking and w/e w/e w/e, is.

Then Benton Fraser definitely qualifies under the Bat-criteria. He's honest and brave and true, and his strength is the strength of ten because his heart is pure.

That sounds more like a folk or fairy tale than a superhero. Way more like a fairy tale.
