Me and a friend had/have this problem as well. It got better for me on it's own, she's currently struggling with it. We both had a high leukocyte count, though neither had any symptons nor did they ever find the reason for it (my friend has a cyst though as far as I know that doesn't trigger a higher leukocyte count?).

Being tired all the time sucks so much. Hopefully it gets better for you soon as well!
