I'm seriously starting to wonder where all the different ID cards that supposedly get mailed to me actually wind up. I usually have to confirm my address to be recognized as me, so I know these hospitals, insurance companies, and banks all have my correct address on file. This time, I can't even make a doctor's appointment without the insurance card, and of course I've never seen anything like that card in my incoming mail.
