For sure, but if I were in my late teens and that sickly and tiny, and had a best friend who looked like Sebastian Stan, I would most certainly consider myself irredeemably pitiful, lol

Plus as I mentioned I was projecting a lot of chronic illness feelings onto Steve. I have a habit of doing that :P

I love the idea of poor tiny Steve growing up to be 90 pounds and Itsy and then his best friend grows up into.......Sebastian Stan. Can you imagine the insecurity. The gay crisis. I mean honestly

Lol I was just referencing that his relationship with Bucky can be read as kind of infatuated....and his relationship with Sam definitely can be read as queer. Don't stress bby😘

I borrowed Steve's ailments from the MCU's list of ailments presented in the first film I believe? With some extra stuff from various comics for fun, because the more physically pitiful Steve is, the more....fun?

Slash when I wrote this I was having an awful summer cold and pleurisy and RA flare ups, so I was vindictive, lol

Edit: by extra stuff I think I just mean the partial deafness
