I'm not really sure what to say to that. I suppose it could be advantageous to not have that reaction, but I don't have any particular desire to be touched.

(I wonder if this is how people who've been deaf all their lives react when someone asks them if they wish they could hear.)

The reason I asked is that I thought something was wrong with me for ages because I don't like to be touched. It turns out that's just natural for me and I had to find someone who didn't mind that about me. I'm also asexual and they go along together.
