I entertain the idea that Thomas the tank Engine and his weird band of mechanical friends are actually demons imprisoned in train/human form by the evil necromancer Sir Topham Hatt. At the end of 1,000 years, they'll be free, and that day will be a dark day for Sodor.

(I am really sick of this stupid children's show, in case it wasn't obvious.)
