I'm almost wishing that Daesh will target stadiums during the Euro football thingie... because my mother wants to rent out our rooms to people that'll come over for the games, even when she knows that I can't stand having strangers in the house and that I loathe football.
Right now I'm panicking and frantically computing how much money I should give her so she'll drop that project, whether I should crack the emergency fund or sell all my books or stage a suicide attempt so I'll be at the hospital when the time comes.

Have you told her directly that you absolutely Do Not Want This? Maybe she doesn't realise how much you hate the idea.

If she insists on going through with it find out on which days people are actually booked to come and stay with a friend during those days. (Or if you consider paying her off, why not rather use the money to take a vacation? Your mother's plan only works if you guys live in or at least close to Paris, in which case the Euro is going to be awful for you whether your mom rents the rooms or not.

She knows I'm mentally ill, and in the past few years I've driven two roommates out with my antisocial behaviour then gotten myself committed to escape a third one. That how much I can't stand strangers in my home.
I don't have friends and I feel my family is betraying me. We're fucked.

Mentally ill or not, you're being an asshole. It's her house, not yours. Either go stay in a hotel for that time or find a way to deal with it for a few days.

You need to talk to her about your issue with having strangers in your home, instead of just behaving vilely and expecting her to get the hint from that.

Also maybe get your own place, rather than living with her and throwing a fit every time she tries to ease costs by taking on a tenant.
