I know that feel bro

Most days I just feel like a major disappointment to anybody related to me, and anyone who ever taught me in life. Even if I have something to report back, it never feels like it's good enough, or that it's in a direction they would approve of.

I dunno what to say except hang in there. I can't promise whether it'll get better or worse, but if neither therapy nor keeping to yourself is doing anything to revitalize you, then it's probably time to do something else. I know, easier said than done, and easy to say when that particular responsibility is on you. But if you never step out of your comfort zone, then not much is likely to change between now and a year from now.

I don't have any suggestions and I won't tell you what you 'should' do, but it's just something to think about.

Thanks man, I really needed to hear that. I'm gonna try some more intensive group therapy soon, so hopefully that'll do me some good.

Sounds like things are tough on your end too, so I hope roughing it out isn't taking too much of a toll on you. And if it is, do what you can to take care of yourself.
