It was from the episode "Waters of Mars." Somebody gif'd it somewhere online, found it through Google.

I get it.

You know what I think it is? Ten could be dour and plaintive, but at this point in his arc, he wasn't either of those things. His certainty was misplaced, but it was, at least, certainty.
