I can't remember the title, but I once read a book in which a mob boss' son who was in a car accident gained the power to relocate his consciousness (if not his physical body) between alternate timelines. I'm pretty sure his name was Vinnie. He's my favorite mobster.

Tommy DeVito from Goodfellas. Just...wow, what an amazing character. He's utterly rotten and irredeemable and totally incapable of ever having any sort of self-reflection or understanding of himself and the consequences of his actions.

Baby Face Nelson as portrayed in O Brother, Where Art Thou?

Also, Abruzzi in Prison Break but that is because I love Peter Stormare.

The wonderfully sinister Rollo Tumassi from LA Confidential.

The villain from The Usual Suspects.

All of the ones in Baccano (but if I had to pick just one, then I'd go with Maiza)

Controversial opinion time.

Mobsters are the absolutely least interesting type of crime family/gangs.

That being said, Tony Montana. As much as obsessive college students have given him undue reverence, he's entertaining as fuck.

The portrayals of Al Capone, Meyer Lansky, Bugsy Siegel and Lucky Luciano in Boardwalk Empire. REALLY WISH I could see a spinoff show where all the actors who played these guys get their own show because they were so good! Well, except maybe Al Capone, but only because by the end of Boardwalk Empire, it was already the end of Capone's run as a mobster.

Chow Yun Fat as Mark Lee in A Better Tomorrow and A Better Tomorrow 2. XD Never Saw A Better Tomorrow 3.
