Sam/Natasha is my fave Natasha ship and outside of OT4 fic(which I don't ship) there isn't much.

Comic Sam/Bucky is another ship of mine but it's pretty slim pickings.

Shatterstar/Rictor shares this fate as well, though I think they might have slightly more than the above ship.

I always mention this one but Kat/Vergil from the DMC reboot game, it bit me hard and there is very little fic for them.

Oh and Beckett/Lanie, I like it but it has like 3 fics maybe.
