His policies aren't really the problem. I mean, i disagree with them, sure, but I disagree with most Republican policies. What really sets Trump apart is the conduct of his campaign, his rhetoric, and the broader approach to politics, democracy the Constitution, and all of that stuff which he represents - which I believe is both very distinct from mainstream politics and very dangerous.

Except his international policies are the complete opposite of usual Republican policies? He's FOR isolationism, something Hillary was never pushing. Anti-TPP and NAFTA and for lessened involvement in NATO to boot.

I'm glad mainstream politics still appeals to you though. I don't like feeling disillusioned and hope to stop feeling it soon.

I was only saying that mere disagreement with a politicians policies is not what gets me to react this way. I disagree with Republicans but I don't consider them dangerous like I do Trump.

And im not satisfied with mainstream politics, but there are also things that are worse than mainstream politics. Far worse.
