Do these people verify their sources? I mean, come on MTV. NSYNC. I love that people actually fell for it. Not a panic fan but LOL.
Can't you just create new accounts tho? How does the banning work??

mtv > yahoo > nme > ap.net and i guess assorted gossip sites pilfered it from ohnotheydidnt. we didn't think it would get so big or that anybody would believe it.

no idea how banning works, my ip has changed since then but i have no need to go back and edit another article. also if anybody tried anything like this it would just be a copycat stunt, even if we did it again.

Figured if you changed your IP, then banning no longer works. But since you dont need to edit, then your alright dude :).

i was kinda bummed at having to leave ap.net, i was pretty active there and i would get banned again if they knew who i was, because we made their owner look a damn fool.
