It's only 2:30 BUT I have a bunch of chicken roasting in the oven so I figure that'll probably serve for both lunch and dinner

Panda Express. I got a plate with half-fried half-white rice, broccoli beef and string bean chicken. I meant to take half of it home for a next meal, but then I started eating and realized nust how hungry I was.

I'm so hungry I could eat an Octorock

(Anonymous) 2016-04-02 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)

Salad, maybe

I made myself a rather nice simple one with lettuce, cauliflower cheese and croutons. Simple, but delicious.

Corned beef and cabbage (and potatoes). The corned beef was on a very good sale around St. Patrick's Day, so we got an extra and put it in the freezer. Now it's simmering away on the stove, and I am very hungry but it won't be ready for like an hour and half. D:

A recipe from Richard II's cookbook, The Form of Cury. Chicken stuffed with a mixture of herbs, grapes, ginger and cinnamon, with a dash of honey. I think that to be true to Richard's own sense of self-importance, it should include a few grains of gold dust, but short of finding a mugget in my garden, I'll have to do without.

I have no idea. I cooked my pack of chicken thighs, but becides eating a couple plain, I have no idea what I want since Mum finished off the leftover green soup. Maybe I'll make up some Thai soup (Trident brand packet soup) later.
