Soy and almonds just make my GERD worse for some reason, and goat's milk really makes it much much worse even though it is good for regular lactose intolerance folks. I swear it makes no sense.

With the soy and almond milk alternatives, some have carrageenan added to them to thicken them, and it's been known to cause some people stomach problems. The ones that don't have carrageenan usually have xanthum gum, which also causes some people problems.

I don't know if there's any brands that don't use either.
