Vast swathes of fandom are at least a little insane. In particular, there's the Wincest vs. Destiel shipwar.

The odd thing about the Supernatural shipwar is how people on both sides are also upset at people who are neutral. Non-shippers, shippers of other pairings, and even people who share their own shipping preferences but take a ship-and-let-ship approach are also targets.

Just, be aware. There is a strong undercurrent of batshit in this fandom.
