Okay, if it's someone like her (still a bit rich for Who I suspect), I'd go for it, just not if it's a hot sexy female Doctor.

This. I wouldn't mind scatterbrained old lady Doctor or something like it, but let's be real, a female cast would almost certainly be a onventionally attractive young-ish woman and that would be just the blandest of the bland.

Yeah, that's the thing that really puts me off a female Doctor. A male Doctor can be middle-aged and still be considered sexy, but the standards for women are still a bit more unfair.
