I agree but I still like them as a whole. I'm usually not fond of the parts that feature puking or other disgusting stuff, but I just don't watch them.
(When I was younger, I always thought the animated bits were super creepy.)

God, yes, me too.

A few years ago there were these retrospective specials where each episode focused on a different Python and the Terry Gilliam one was a whole hour of those animated bits and that's about 59 minutes and 40 seconds too much in one gulp if you aren't completely stoned.
