Re: Friend cancelled her wedding

My guess is a short response showing that emotion, which is very authentic, will mean more to your friend than a long response you think out really well but take a while to send.

I mean, you can write her a longer one later, but the fact is she probably just wants to hear some sympathy, and maybe have a listening ear, if she feels like sharing any of her feelings or the deets.

Offer quick, sincere condolences and being willing to listen...that will mean a lot. Good luck.
