And even someone with a Cliff Notes level of reading comprehension would realize that, even if you do take the most negative reading of the secret possible, nowhere in there is OP complaining about people not wanting to read their WIPs.

Being annoyed at people fussing endlessly over the WIPs they choose to read =/= saying "WAH how dare you not like my WIPs". Not reading WIPs and thus not fussing about those WIPs being left unfinished is a completely reasonable solution that is very obviously left on the table by OP.
