I mean, I got that when I would make out for over 2 hours at a time, but that was literally just an overworking the muscle thing. I don't really do that as much now so it is no longer a problem.

If its just a normal amount of kissing time, maybe just try and be more careful? I know that's really vague but its hard to give kissing technique tips since its so personal.
