Are you sure they're even a native speaker? I got one reviewer I'm pretty sure isn't, but I still really appreciate it. I even got one review in Spanish. But really, it's all cool.

Just say thanks and move on?

So native-speaker reviews are superior to non-native? Wow, I shouldn't bother you with my non-native 'fuck you' because then you'll feel the need to patronize me and tell me that it was not what you meant.

Oh, get over yourself. That is not what they meant at all. They were offering a reason why the review might not be as clear to the author as it could have been.

Uh, no - quite the contrary? I meant, they might be trying to review, but not really master the language very well? In which case it's really nice they're reading/reviewing regardless the difficulty.

It is easier to maintain a modicum of respect for someone if you believe their incomprehensibility is due to them not understanding the language instead of them understanding it but being a complete blithering idiot.
