There's no alternative, there's otokonoko but I'm not going to use a Japanese word when we have an English one.

nah, anime fandom (or at least the 4chan part of it) is pretty adamant about 2D from 3DPG

and there's not really many irl people who would fit the 2D definition of trap and most of the dudes who do use the term to describe themselves

So oh gee, why not queen, femme, cross-dresser, demiboy, boi, non-conforming, androgyne, androgynous, or gender-ambiguous? Or any other word that does not involve the stereotype that trans people are sexually deceptive predators for the lols?
