I think they meant 1 pairing per fandom? I know for me, depending on the size of the cast, I only ship 1 pairing. Or, I start off with 1 and then abandon it if another pairing has more chemistry. Again, depends on the number of fleshed-out characters available, but that's just me!

No, I mean they have one ship only for a few years at least. Idk. Maybe they find all the other ships less to their liking.
Hmm, most are into 2-3 pairings though. Which doesn't seem like much to a multifandom fan like me.

nayrt, but I tend to have one ship per fandom, and I can think of three big ships that I actually write fic for (all from separate fandoms), so those are my OTPs. I'm in more than three fandoms, and while I may be interested in the characters, I feel that I have to be *really* invested in the characters before I say I'm "shipping" them.

tl;dr, yes, I ship, but infrequently
