13. Kai from Akira fits the bill pretty well! He's five-nothing, and even though he is cute (by my weird standards), he has this cool wacky-but-tough-as-nails vibe.

13. Aren't most anime and video game characters short? I thought the average heights for male characters were between 5'5 and 5'8 and female 5' to 5'5. At least that's what I'm used to seeing. There are some random wild cards tossed out there at times, but most of them seem to be average or shorter.
