I don't think you understand that for many people, shame and humiliation is not a motivating force. It will likely just make the problem worse. If you actually want to help these people and you're not a troll or self righteous snob, please choose a more compassionate, more effective approach.

I don't particularly care about "helping" them; I care about not having an eyesore (and trust me, this house is one) in my neighborhood.
