There were a few I hated (mainly the Goku vs Superman ones). I forget who won this one though.

The winner was Ganondorf, only they called him Ganon the whole time despite him using both forms...weird.

But their rationale for his victory came down to intelligence. Yes, Bowser is an idiot. But he doesn't lose intelligence when he goes giant, whereas Ganon is said to have NO intelligence. It's what he gives up for sheer power.
