Konoha sent a traumatized seven-year-old to live alone in the home where his parents were murdered (by his brother), located in the now-empty district where his entire clan was murdered. And then there's the matter of who ordered the massacre.

I don't condone the crimes Sasuke commits as a result of his desire for revenge. But, holy shit, his hate for Konoha is entirely warranted.
