why do so so so many people have to be domestic abusers? it frightens me how many people are. you could love someone for being the best kazoo player in the world and it'd turn out they punch their spouse. ugh.

not really? this makes no sense. Even if their partner leaves them after the first instance of abuse, that person will be an abuser.

I left my abuser. This doesn't magically erase the fact that he abused me from both of our pasts. Leaving your abuser is not time travel.
