Hey, both you and anon above you mentioned "Adoribull" (see above comment by me, this is a stupid sounding ship name) is your NOTP, care to elaborate on why to assuage my burning curiousity? I'm not in this fandom myself, I'm just very curious.

NAYRT, but I will tell you what I know of the Dorian/Bull pairing, even though I haven't played the game myself.

To start off with, Iron Bull's relationship with the Inquisitor is a very Dom/sub one, with Bull being dom. The logic behind that is that Bull knows the Inquisitor needs someone to take the pressure of leadership off them for a while. This puts some possible light on how he might interact with Dorian off-screen.

Dorian comes from a culture that is less approving of same-sex relationships than the countries most of the storyline happens in. He comes from the upper echelons of the nobility and was expected to get married to a woman and have children, but he finds the idea of doing that an anathema, so his father tried to use blood magic to alter him - basically evil mind-control magic to "cure" him of being gay. So understanding that background, you should understand that Dorian has issues with displaying romantic affection towards another man in public.

Bull's way of treating Dorian is to needle him and push him into displays of affection he is uneasy with - to push him into not being so sensitive about it - and there is also an incident of them having sex when Dorian is drunk.

Some people find the over-all dynamic, with Bull being pushy and Dorian being reluctant, very disconcerting.

I meanwhile remain very neutral on the subject, since four timelines I have thought up for DA are all variations of my LotR crossover... and the Inquisitor, while male, would not be interested in either Dorian or Iron Bull.

Hmm, that considered, Dorian/Bull probably occurs but Shangraile and possibly Elenaria don't pay attention to it.
