The show did not portray her kindly, but the tea behind the scenes is that she's actually very nice, just socially awkward, and got along great with the rest of the cast. If you look at some of the untucked episodes, where the camera is focused on someone else, you can see her joking and getting along with some castmates in the background.

She doesn't do well in the drag scene because her brand of drag is out-dated and out of the loop, and she didn't enter the club system through a drag family like most. So it's most likely not because of her attitude (just look at Sharon Needles and Phi Phi O'Hara).

The abuse allegations are NAGL if true. The fact that Bianca doesn't fuck with her speaks volumes... :/
