I like fidget jewelry, also sometimes called stim jewelry, I think? IDK, I have some pieces that aren't "officially" fidget jewelry, but fulfill the same purpose.

Also, is this a situation you can do arts & crafts in? Because knitting/crocheting might be a thing you can do? Just make sure to get big/chunky yarn + needles, because, if you're anything like me, my knitting is super tight when I'm stressed, and the smaller the yarn, the more my hands tense up and hurt while using smaller needles.

Probably not arts and crafts, but I'll try and carry something for my hands to fiddle with and see if that helps.
