Sindarin - I love all Elvish and how it feels like a real language because it changed over time and there are weird inconsistencies that Tolkien added into it and dialects and he didn't shy away from things like Teleporno or Tuna just because of how they are in english. But I love Sindarin the best because it's the language of the Sindar, who are the coolest.

Do dialects count? I love Nadsat from A Clockwork Orange. I had such a blast reading that book and slowly just picking up the dialect until I could read it fluently by the halfway point or so, and then when I finished being able to go back to the beginning and re-read it and understand way more words and sentences than I understood the first time around.

Also seconding Sindarin because of how real and organic it feels, especially how Quenya words and names can be Sindarized.

All the languages they came up with for the aliens in Defiance. Plus the 'perfect' language that Leelu spoke.

Cybertronian. I'm pretty sure none of it developed into a full fledged language like Klingon or Elvish, but it does have at least two different alphabets which look really neat.

Mando'a is also pretty cool. It's also an "actual" language, with a dictionary and everything.
