Ramsay/Jeyne, Ramsay/Sansa, and Joffrey/Sansa exists. There is actually fic and porn out there of Ramsay making Jeyne fuck his dogs. The second most common victim of rape in ASOIAF fanfic after Theon is Sansa.

They exist but they're not as nearly as prevalent. There are hundreds of Ramsay/Theon fics on Ao3 and about maybe 50 for Sansa/Ramsay. There's only 39 for Ramsay/Jeyne. You're comparing something that's hugely popular within fandom to something that's barely on the radar.
