As long as people can make themselves understood when they need to, and I'm sure these people can, I just think it's awesome. Sorry.

As for Very Important Innovation, I think it's more effective as either "Very Important innovation", or "very important Innovation". You put so much emphasis on everything that we lose the focus of the sentence. I do think that random capitalization is less obnoxious than some of the other things.
tl;dr it is possible to convey plenty of nuance through irregular typing without typing like a fucking idiot and going full tumblr.
