I don't know if you live in one of the states that's legalized weed (medical or recreational), but as someone with endometriosis that causes 100% debilitating cramps, nothing else on Earth has helped me aside from low-THC/high-CBD weed (meaning it doesn't really get you high, it's just the excellent painkiller/relaxing effect).
