I feel you. I hate watching shows that has pregnancies as a plot, like "Friends" for example. Those were annoying to see, considering the fact that I too, had a miscarriage as well.

I think the actress got pregnant, so they just wrote the pregnancy into the show.

Everything about BBT post-Season 3 or 4 is inconsistent garbage. I would not look to this show for logic or continuity or realism of any kind.

Also, Bernadette is vile. Later-Season Howard is kind of a douche, too, but early-seasons Howard is fabulous.

Rauch is the least-likeable and least convincing actress I have ever seen on a mainstream comedy.

Additionally, I'm pretty damn freakin' tired of all comedies being about weddings and babies and everyone getting paired-off.

Do yourself a favor and don't touch TBBT with a ten-foot pole.

The idea that Howard is obsessed with having kids was never mentioned until at least Season 5 or 6. It's a retcon and it's OOC.

(Twenty-two years on, I still get the occasional twinge of grief, and I think my mom still thinks about my would-have-been brother 35-odd years later, but it does get better. Slowly, and not in a straight line, but it does.)
