My biggest one if Kylo/Hux with or without Poe or Rey for a threesome. Hux is quickly turning into my favorite new character, which I don't even know. I usually hate villains, and I'm clearly doing fandom wrong because the hate-sex is not the draw for me.

Also, the Civil War trailers have upped by Bucky/Steve love and Bucky/Steve/Sam too. I want to know what's going to happen already!

Depending on the author, I am all about Kylo/Hux/Rey.

It definitely depends on the author. There's a lot of Dark Apprentice Rey out there that I don't care for at all.
