Because it hasn't been proven at all, quite on the contrary. The 1 in 3 number has been disproven over and over again.

No. Women can be just as sexually 'violent' as men. The difference is that, often when women rape they use verbal violence. And when using physical violence (especially in regards to men) they force themselves onto a man's penis. Thus, there is no physical proof of violence.
